White rice at 55-60% to reduce after 3 years aging, yeast, water.

60 months: X.O version
TROPICAL AGING
Aging 36 months in Selection Oak (French version, and Bourbon version) The lost of Vietnam temperature and humanity to reduce 8-10% each year. Where it is 2% in the Western As theory, three years of aging in Vietnam is as 13 years in Western then we can have “VSOP version” after 3 years, and “XO version” after 5 years
